The best part of this program is it has all my medical records in one place- I don't have any paper copies anymore! Sometimes when printing for clinic there's an issue but most everything comes through perfectly well otherwise - even prescription scripts so they are always up accurate as far back like 6 months ago or longer (we haven’t had them yet at our practice because we've been going digital only). No problems other than some missing pages from time periods where prescriptions were filled before being scanned into system by technician who no long works here now unfortunately though these days if you do something wrong once then chances go down tremendously after - as does number patients seen per week which used be quite high too since people knew about us via word of mouth/etc I like that it is able to pick up where my last provider left off. It has saved me tons of time. The interface could be more user friendly for new users. I would have liked it if it allowed you to keep your own notes in addition to entering data. I would recommend this product to other providers. We were having issues keeping up with our patients medical records. This product helped us organize all of their information and make it easier to track.
