Some Cats Will Love this Toy

My cats are very fussy re interactive toys. This should be lots of fun for themThe movement is varied and the feathers should interest them. However they just look and walk away.My cats are 14 and 2 so it isn't that they are older and not playful. They love to play and chase one another several times a day. The younger one is fascinated with some other toys. But his one baffles me as if I were a cat I would love it.
