Absolute rubbish! - Door Hardware and Locks

Threaded rods are not at right angles to the cast iron faceplate and therefore cannot be fitted correctly! Now I have a big hole in the front door of my shop and I've lost the money I paid my carpenter. This was the second broken mail slot I've received from this company and I'm buying less and less from Revain as the products are of poor quality.
