Review on Letton by Brad Cash

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Letton's quality is a letdown, and the company's support for customers is subpar.

I had great hopes for Letton's baby products and bicycle accessories because the company promised that their products would be of the highest quality and made from the best materials. However, both the quality of their products and their support for customers has been exceedingly unsatisfactory in my experience. To begin, the quality of the infant products that I purchased from Letton was not even close to what I had anticipated it to be. The materials that were used gave off an impression of being inexpensive and fragile, and it appeared as though the products were not constructed with either comfort or safety in mind. The products' lack of durability, as evidenced by the fact that they exhibited indications of wear and tear after only a few uses, was a particular source of concern for me. In a similar vein, the inferior quality continued with the cycling accessories that I purchased from Letton. Despite the fact that it was advertised that the products would work with my bike, I had trouble installing them because they did not work with my bike. I attempted to get assistance from Letton's customer support, but the representatives there were unhelpful and condescending to me instead. In general, I am not happy in the least with the products or the customer support that Letton provides. My experience with their products has been underwhelming, and their customer support has been unhelpful, despite their claims that they provide high-quality items. Anyone who is searching for high-quality bicycle accessories or baby products is not going to want to buy from Letton in my opinion.

Pros
  • Products for infants of superior quality
Cons
  • Quality control issues
