They advertised being able to scale this down to your pet's size and I was skeptical that it would work for my cats, but the battery life is longer than most I've seen , so I took a chance. I can't believe how perfectly it really works for my cats! I literally turned it into a mini bracelet because I had to cut so much! Since you're also cutting the LEDs out of the equation, it also means battery life will increase depending on how small you cut them. It is advertised as 6-8 hours uncut and after a few months of use I can safely say they last over 24 hours when trimmed to fit a smaller animal 😁 I don't usually write reviews but this one was amazing how most LEDs. The pet collars I have tried have terrible battery life as I use them all night to prevent my cats from stepping on them and not for quick walks. It's not even advertised for cats, so the fact that they actually work for cats (as long as they're not too small) is a huge plus. Although they are very fragile and I already have to replace a few, I am happy to keep buying just to extend the battery life of the collars. While I can choose a different collar if my goal was short enough for a collar with 5 hours of battery life, I can actually turn the collar on at 6pm while it gets dark and my girlfriend turns on at 7am, and the fact waking up at 3 p.m. is just unbelievable. Then they are charged and are back at 6-8 p.m.
