Proper PoE+ support

Some devices offer the required 30W PoE+ power but do NOT report that this power is supported. I had another 30W PoE+ adapter that WILL NOT WORK with the Axis PoE+ camera. I dared and it worked great! (The new camera firmware from Axis "detects" the correct power supply to the camera and if proper COMMUNICATION is not established, it will not work, even if your PoE adapter supplies 1000W of power).
