I bought it after much hesitation. A friend had the same pair so I was able to get feedback from her too. I just don't like the idea of using a stun collar. But I have 2 stubborn dogs that nothing else has worked for them. I have a boxer puppy that is almost 2 years old and a jack russell that is 6 years old. I'm glad it has 3 different settings, vibrate, sound and shock. I regularly use vibrations and sounds. The only thing that worries me is that it's easy to get the settings wrong. The product comes with 2 collars. So you can install it on collar 1 or collar 2. Although you can easily see which one is installed on the screen. If you have 2 dogs with the same remote control, it can sometimes be difficult to control both dogs quickly. This is probably a user problem. the problem is not with the product. Charges fast and lasts long.
