Review on 🐔 Cackle Hatchery 12-Pack Laying Hen Nest Box Pads by Donna Maupin

I used to put straw in my birdhouses. The hens immediately throw it away and step on other eggs in the box and I get cracked/crushed/damaged eggs every day. Since I put them in the crates I have NOT seen any broken eggs and they cannot knock anything out of the crate. This money is worth it! I was worried they would eat the nesting material but it didn't seem attractive because nobody was eating. We'll see how they hold up over the summer and when my new girls start laying, but so far I'm very happy.
