Reliable power supply to power converters

This is a precision power supply, beautifully finished. I love that it has 3 starting sentences. So if you want to connect multiple loads, you don't have to pack them all in one place. The fan seems to run all the time but is very noisy; I haven't used the source much, I've only tested it, so I can't say for sure if it heats up or not.
