I myself once exploited it as a level in large prom. indoors, checked at a distance of about 60 m with a conventional optical-mechanical level, the error was about 5 mm on the shoulder of 60 m, which is quite acceptable. And now I was honored to disassemble it (they asked me to repair it) The fattest plus that I would note is its strength, I repaired this level after it fell in working condition from the height of the second floor directly onto the paving slabs. I was surprised that even though the front window was broken into rubbish, the front reflecting prism was damaged (orthogonality was broken), but the other two planes remained working! How so? Fall from such a height onto concrete and stay in the ranks!? In general, the fact remains. How did I check it, you ask? I am a surveyor and will tell everyone how easy it is to do. Write response comments if anyone needs.
