My husband recently installed a new radio in my car and then installed a satellite radio (separate unit) powered by Alexa Auto. Every time my satellite radio or Alexa played through the speakers, the radio would have this crazy, annoying, high-pitched squeaking and popping. I didn't expect it to be fixed. My satellite radio has a separate display and receiver unit (the display is on the dash and the receiver is under the dish) so we placed it under the dash between the receiver and the display unit. It works great!
