Great platform and good customer support

I like the ability to have all of my tickets in one place. It's easy to access from anywhere. I dislike that it is not as user friendly as some other ticketing systems. There are several features that are difficult to find or don't work well. For example, it's very hard to change your password. The system does not allow you to change your password once you've used it. This makes sense for security reasons but it's frustrating when you need to log into an account. Also, there are no links to help pages. You just get sent to a website with information about how to use the product. It would be nice if there was more detail about what each button does so that you didn't have to go searching through the manual. It's great to be able to keep track of all of our tickets in.

Pros
  • We can easily manage every ticket we receive regardless whether they're email based (like Salesforce), contact form submissions received via Facebook Messenger chatbots etc..all within 1 platform! In addition this enables us to store notes related specifically to emails/chats along side those records too which has helped speed up processing time immensely vs using multiple platforms individually at present
