Great Email Management Software tool to help keep track

The most important thing I like about this software, it has helped us manage our emails with ease by creating folders for different types of incoming messages such as new sales leads (we have over 1000), customer service inquiries etc., also allows me create templates that can be used when sending out mass email campaigns - which saves time & helps reduce errors! There are some things we would love if they could improve upon but overall its been great!! Managing all my marketing materials/communication tools from one place makes life easier than before especially now since everything goes digital these days.

Has allowed many employees to work smarter instead doing mundane tasks
We've saved hours every week just using basic features in here.
It's easy way better then paper files or excel spreadsheets
Easy access anywhere via mobile device so no need bring laptop along everywhere you go
