Did the Job I needed

Worked great! Was able to drill through a 10" concrete block filled with concrete in about 20min. Need to keep the core bit flushed with plenty of water to keep it cool and clear of slurry. Drilled a nice neat round hole to feed 1" electrical conduit through to complete the job.
