Disappointed

I work in the AV industry and have decided to buy this set online rather than from the retailer I work with. There was an error. I do this for work and I broke my first rule of "get it right the first time”. I swabbed and installed this kit to expand my camera system and it ran from May 5th to June 25th. hot. Not to mention the oddity of the Cat 6 RJ45 connection not locking securely in place and yes I made sure my termination was done correctly and I still had to position the device to reduce stress on the connection so that it doesn't pop out. Needless to say I am disappointed.
