I used this product to send HDMI video from my cable box/TV area to another location 12m away and the picture and sound quality was perfect. Second, although the audio and video were perfectly in sync, there is a slight lag of 1/10th of a second (or less) in the video and audio compared to the original. I made a 190ft category 6 ethernet cable and it didn't work so I tested the 14ft category 5e ethernet cable I had and it worked. I then checked my 190ft and it worked with another device so I figured it was still too long. Cut another 20 feet and it still won't work. The TV shows a device connected to the input but when I switch to it it says no connection. Tested multiple monitors and TVs and it just doesn't work at 70ft but does work at 23ft.
