OK, so firstly the quality of the bars themselves is pretty good, I don't entirely understand the hairline slit down the middle of the two larger slots. Then there's the dial. yes it's crap but if they threw in a better dial then they couldn't make any money on the guys like us who are trying to find SOMETHING to help out. I personally like it because I know that by using this tool I can always get a better dial and better tools. I'm comfortable buying the cheap now and working my way up. It does what it's supposed to do. Now onto the REAL issue. WHY is the dial on the bar crooked? I mean, this is beyond a mistake, this is quality control not doing their job.
