I already have a set of 130 bits but I spend a lot of time twisting them by hand. One plus I wasn't expecting is that it's a lot easier to hold the driver in place if you don't have to rotate it as well. However, the gears have about 30 degrees of play between internal and external rotation, so I had to learn how to rotate the tool before pulling the trigger. I had another powered micro driver a few years ago and it didn't, but 1) I lost it, 2) it was bigger and heavier, and 3) it didn't have as much torque. I'm trying to find a tube to put it in so the buttons in my tool bag don't get pushed, but for now I just keep it in the box which takes up more space than I'd like, but it is what it is pretty sturdy. for cardboard (like an iPhone box)
