The sound quality of these headphones is good. I've noticed that I can finish the transcription a little quicker because I can hear clearly the first time. However, the volume knob is basically useless to me as it's very hard to press. I'm better off using the volume controls on my computer. It's not a big deal to me, but if it affects your purchase, it's worth considering. Also, my biggest complaint is that the headphones aren't adjustable. The ability to customize the headset makes them great. I've found that the earbuds start to sag after wearing them for a while and if there was a way to adjust them that would be great. Overall a good buy for the price
