***Update 11/25/2020 (2 months later)*** This company has great service customers . They responded to my complaints and photos overnight and quickly sent me a replacement. At least they meet the lifetime warranty and are friendly. I am updating my rating to reflect this. If my upcoming user experience improves even more, I'll update this review again. ****** I really liked this torx bit set as it covers all sizes from T8H to T60H. , but I've just used the T25H for the second time and tightened the MTB disc rotor to 44 ft-lbs. He broke! So disappointing. Let's see if Lexivon lives up to its lifetime guarantee. I certainly use within limits and with great care. Never dropped beats etc. I also missed the return window by 2 weeks so if they don't send me a replacement set I'll be even more frustrated. Like I said, it looks and feels like quality construction, but maybe this particular piece is just a lemon?! Tamper-resistant hardened steel should not break easily at 44 ft-lbs (5 Nm) of rotational control force.
