On further comments about incorrect scale weighing: We have two other scales in store, a USPS scale, and DYMO weighs differently than the other readings. The fact is that in USPS they are rounded up to the nearest pound when calculating postage, so it usually doesn't matter much. When we take things to the post office by hand, they still get weighed and we've never been charged more. The auto-off feature is the reason for the four stars; it's a real eyesore and I wouldn't buy it if I knew it couldn't be changed. I am using Endicia and when the scale turns off I have to exit Endicia, turn the scale back on, go back to Endicia, reset the USB scale and then place the order. A really stupid skirmish that could have been avoided entirely. I would like Dymo to add an on/off switch to the scale or make a software setting available to change this feature.
