This is a nice, nice and quite roomy craft bag. The canvas fabric has some fullness. The bag is completely sewn with the typical lining material. The stitching feels solid and even all around, and the handles, which are reinforced where they go over the shoulder, feel sturdy enough. Along one long edge is a long zippered clear plastic pocket, long enough for knitting needles and similar items, although it's possible for items with sharp ends to tear through the plastic. On the other long edge there is a long fabric pocket and 3 smaller ones, one of which closes with velcro. There are two small pockets on each short edge of the bag. Only the transparent plastic bag has a zipper; the rest is open. Inside the bag there are six small compartments, which are not actually pockets as the bottom edges are open. They fit small strands of yarn, but their use is limited as there is nothing that can hold small items securely in place. This was a little disappointing and not entirely apparent from the photos or description on the product page. In addition, this is a very useful product, which may not be an issue for everyone.
