Great software option if anyone else needs info too
I like that it is easy to use, has good functionality as well as being able to customize what you need for your business.
It also allows me to have other people in my office access this without having them go through IT security issues with their own computers! This system does not allow us all employees to be able to see each others information at once which can get frustrating when we’re trying to look up something but one person might already have looked it up and closed out. We are solving our problem of keeping track of who owns what equipment within our facility.
Pros
- Easy setup was best part because there were simple instructions available if needed from an admin perspective.Very user friendly interface/design (not too complicated).Saved searches saved by users so they don't forget where or how often items got purchased.
- Integrated emailing function made searching easier
- It's fairly cost effective compared against similar programs
- Good price point versus competitors
Cons
- Cannot view more than 1 line per screen unless using search functions
