Hi I love these pans they are the best. I have a set from the late 70's and they are still in excellent condition. I gave away the first set I bought, then bought a second set and gave away my 8 quart many years ago so I decided to replace it. I also bought sets for my mom and sisters. Of all the pots on the market, these are by far the best. burn them? No problem, just soak them in warm water with a little washing-up liquid and they're like new again. I love her.
