They are very knowledgeable about their products. Their customer service team was amazing to work with as well! I highly recommend this vendor!! The ability of them being able to deliver all aspects needed from one place/company makes it easy (and affordable) when needing help at any point during project development or implementation process. No major complaints - great experience overall! We were looking into replacing our current CRM system with an online solution since we had been using Microsoft Dynamics 365 which wasn't cutting it anymore due to some security issues they faced over time along side other problems like lack of flexibility / customization etc.. Our goal here was not only have something better than what MS offered but also having more control & customizations available if required down the road.
