This rice paper works great on my Bother laser printer. Although it says rice paper, they are not edible. I tried to eat a small piece and it was like chewing regular lined paper in college. Edible rice paper melts in your mouth. I didn't buy them to eat so no problem. They are quite thick, like ordinary paper. I have not used them with an inkjet printer. When using a laser printer, the texts are very clear. I use rice paper because it becomes transparent when resin or clear epoxy is applied to the wood. I will buy more when I run out. One more thing: I had to cut the length and width to fit my printer's paper tray.
