The modem has 4 LAN ports that just turn themselves off. You must unplug/plug the modem to restore communication. All modem LEDs are lit, but there is no internet connection. Every time I log into the modem I get two annoying messages asking me to subscribe to McAfee and register the modem. Selecting "Don't show this window again" and "Stop asking" doesn't fix annoying messages or cause the modem to restart multiple times. Revain was unable to provide warranty information after two calls, and Arris blames Cox Cable for the problems. It's been like this for 7 months now. THERE IS NO WAY TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE FTC AND OTHER CONSUMER AUTHORITIES NOW.
