Excellent quality
Instructions followed but mold returned. The manufacturer saw my initial evaluation of this product and worked with me to develop a strategy that would result in a final satisfactory solution. After I manually cleaned the tile floor with a Comet, the manufacturer sent me an extra bottle of Seal it Green Extreme Sealer. It's been three weeks since we applied and we still have no mold. I recommend the product and customer support for their help, perseverance and excellent work.
