Product looks very nice and installed perfectly. A form is included with the product to obtain a replacement key using the enclosed code number. We thought it would be cheap insurance and ordered it. It arrived today (quick turnaround time) and the caution said it needed to be checked. Well, it didn't fit the wrench nut. Caused a problem and we should have a second one soon. I will add a review after receiving a new "key". So when you get them and get a spare key, try it right away. Got a replacement key today. Very fast delivery and problem solving. Pleasant man in gorilla on the phone. This seems to be the only company that understands "customer service". The new "key" fits perfectly. However, be sure to look for replacement parts when ordering them. If you lose the original, a broken replacement part is of little use. Rating changed from 3 to 5.
