Item worked great every 2 days. Obviously I bought it because of multiple plugs (actual US plug and 2 USB ports), but after a few days in another country I've traveled to, I noticed that my phone (which I plugged into one of the USB ports connected) was no longer charging. I thought maybe it was my phone or the cord I was using. But then, a day or two later, my friend I was traveling with and who I shared this adapter with noticed that her phone (which she wanted to plug into a USB port) didn't charge all night either. We tried multiple cables and even outlets, and finally found that the two USB ports stopped charging while the main outlet worked. Due to the fact that we were out all day and only returning to our room for the night, it was quite difficult to charge both our phones and power bank overnight while trying to sleep. Why waste the money I spent on an adapter that should have its capabilities but charge multiple devices when 2 out of 3 ports stopped working. It was only necessary to spend money on a multipack with only adapters for sockets.
