Shut-off function is good when the device is not used for 10 minutes. Perfectly packed. The timer is easy to use. But the most important feature is that it doesn't stay warm all the time. I'll set it to 315 degrees. Wait for it to reach temperature. Use it in my shirt, it jumps to 289 and slowly comes back. A shirt or two would be fine, but I have an order for 12, so it's annoying.
