Review on Continental ContiCrossContact LX2 215/65 R16 98H summer by Stanislaw Gluszek ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I am satisfied with everything, both price and quality, I advise you to buy.

Dimension 225/65R17 on Mazda CX-5. Before I joined Kontik, I made an effort to get Michelin Latitude Tour HP for each of my vehicles. I advocated for this brand to each of my coworkers, and I was successful in this endeavor. Because of the price tag, at the moment it falls into the category of items that are contemplated but not purchased. I purchased LX2 with apprehension because the price tag is not significantly lower and it is unclear how it will demonstrate itself. There were instances of dissatisfaction in the settings of Pirelli, Barum, and Hankook is not always clear, Yokohama brought to the use of curse words. On paved roads, the total mileage for the month was 2,700 kilometers, and the average speed was quite near to the maximum. When I'm driving along the Ring Road and the WHSD, I'm able to do so with ease: I can confidently travel 184 km/h in a straight line, and I can travel 160-170 km/h on rounded areas of a dry route. Even though the performance of the LX2 tire is predictable in wet conditions, safe driving dictates that slower speeds be maintained. The ascent took place on a water-filled rut that was quite deep, but it culminated in a slowing down that did not involve any withdrawal or rush of adrenaline. The grader and the ground, particularly the eroded one, have not yet been examined in sufficient volume, but there were no issues during the shorter congresses. In particular, the eroded one. There was also a jump onto the curb: I squeezed a left turn from the second row on a five-lane roadway, and I grabbed the curb on the separating island. This maneuver was completely painless for both the rubber and the disk. At this juncture, CCC LX2 have demonstrated themselves to be successful on the plus side.

Pros
  • Comfortable in terms of its softness, tenacity, and the fact that it either does not detect the track or, even if it does notice it, does not burst out of it and almost never squeals when turning.
Cons
  • The resistance to wear is uncertain; according to the recollection, only 30,000 kilometers were driven on FF2 PremiumContact tires before they were discarded entirely after one season of use.
