Review on Planet Bike 3040 Superflash Headlight by Andrew Schreider

Now that my city is crazy about bike lanes and the police are fining cyclists without lights at night, it seems it's time to to make yourself decent kit. Now my intention is to be seen and not to light up the street which is already lit by street lamps and I have to say that you will achieve that with this combination. The red tail light is very intense, especially when the turn signal is on. Nobody will get bored seeing you with it. The headlight is very powerful, the reflective signs are clearly illuminated at 400 feet, but the range is limited. Pedestrians will see it (unless their backs are to traffic on bike lanes) and that's enough for me. I'm not sure how well the headlight performs on a dark road and I wish they had less stress causing blink rate.
