Half money is not a good deal

I only received the rear light and the box with the brackets. no headlights. ? I thought I was trading but it wasn't there. I think the rear light is great and very noticeable. It's really fantastic. I am keeping the taillight at a "bargain price" which is about full price of the taillight. Now I have to buy another headlight.

  • Easy to read control panel

Overall a great product!

My fiance and I ordered to be seen better when we bike at night. I received the package and was surprised at how small the items were. There is nothing wrong with that, just let you know the actual size. Both the headlight and rear flasher fit in the palm of my hand. They are very, very bright and very effective. The headlight doesn't quite illuminate the hoped-for area in front of the bike, but I've found that adjusting it a bit and aiming it more towards the ground in front of the bike helps…

Attracts attention on city streets

Now that my city is crazy about bike lanes and the police are fining cyclists without lights at night, it seems it's time to to make yourself decent kit. Now my intention is to be seen and not to light up the street which is already lit by street lamps and I have to say that you will achieve that with this combination. The red tail light is very intense, especially when the turn signal is on. Nobody will get bored seeing you with it. The headlight is very powerful, the reflective signs are…

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Definitely a bad product

Great set for twilight skiing.

The rear light is perfect - no question about it. My problem is with the 1/2W headlight. It works great for being "seen" but not enough light to "see" on dark, unlit streets. I like to use this combo for those evenings when I'm driving and get caught just after sunset and it's still light enough to see something. It's also a decent flashlight for city driving where there's a lot of ambient light from roads, cars, and other sources. I wouldn't recommend it as the only light source. One night I…

great set The headlights aren't bright enough, the taillights wobble.

I bought this set of lights because the battery in my halogen helmet light was dead. Pros: The taillight is amazing. Worth the price alone. The headlight consumes battery power - it works almost forever. Disadvantages: Tail light has no disadvantages. it swings The headlight is not bright enough to be practical. I now know very well how to get to work, and most of it is lit by streetlights, but the headlights are still not bright enough for me to be comfortable. There is no headlamp mount on…

Fur. There are much better offers/products out there.

I bought this when I started cycling and only used it at night at first but started using it for flashing and during the day when I got hit by a car. I love the red taillight and plan to keep using it (handy, you can put it almost anywhere with a very adjustable bracket) but the headlight isn't up to scratch. As you can see in the picture it's front-heavy , so the weight of the light pulls it down as you ride, aiming at the front wheel. My route is six miles long and I have to pull up several…

as always for cycling

My husband and I have probably always had these lights. But over time we lost a few of them, some got stolen from the bike and one just died from time and overuse. So I bought a set of supposedly funky taillights from my local bike shop with a cute little rubberized mount - pretty much the only reason I tried them out was because I have a Bike Friday pocket llama and the tubes are oddly shaped in places that make it difficult to mount headlights These fancy Schemant lights should last forever…

Pros
  • Comfortable to use
Cons
  • Difficult to say

The best combo set for the price!

These lights are great! The Superflash taillight is the brightest on the market, but don't take my word for it. If you look at the taillight yourself, you will see around 150+ 5-star reviews on it. Also, local bike shops try to sell just the taillight for about $35, almost the same as this combo kit. The mounting options are also great. I like to attach it to either my backpack or saddlebag, but it comes with the necessary hardware to mount it directly to the seatpost or seatstays. The front…
