It will be fast. I ordered this set, potato masher and peeler because I needed them and I was too old and tired to buy those two items. They arrived and I used a vegetable peeler to make carrot shavings for my pup's food. It's very sharp, floats and does the job I bought it for. It's still working for me after about a week. The mill has yet to be tested. It looks good. I held it comfortably in my hand. I'll report back when I have something great to report. These are the two most important kitchen items that work well most of the time.
