I love all of it! It’s very user-friendly as well, so anyone can use this product without any problem with ease. The support team has been extremely helpful when it comes to solving problems and issues we have had in using the software. We are still learning how everything works best, but nothing seems too hard at this point. So far no complaints from us. If anything, we would like some additions or updates to be made within the program (and have it available) such as adding another formulary option if someone wants, etc. I really haven't found one thing dislike about the company yet which makes me feel disappointed. This software is great for our office. They offer amazing customer service along with their products. You will not regret getting this software once you start working with it.
