Review on Seraph by Ashutosh Takumatla

The customer service was excellent! They were very helpful when I had questions about my account or billing issues that arose over time as our organization grew (we are an agency). We used it primarily because of their flexible pricing structure which allowed us not only flexibility but also cost savings compared to other options we considered at similar levels of customization/ease-of use. As mentioned above - great CS team who helped me out several times throughout this process along side some really smart engineers from Sera's dev community. Their product does what they say; you get exactly what your looking for without needing too much help figuring things like how many servers do i need etc.. It makes sense once everything comes together so there isn't anything "wrong" per se just more difficult than necessary sometimes if one doesnot know all aspects involved prior getting started. Our main goal here wasnow using seraph instead of AWS EC2s where costs have skyrocketed since launch last year while performance hasn't improved.
