Review on 🏴 Pirates of the Caribbean Dice Game - Deception Edition by Ricardo Thotti

I was happy to order this for starters. Imagine my surprise when opening the box, the game, all the details, cups and bags of bones smelled of gasoline. Or engine oil. A bit of both, I think, really. This was in my house and even though the box was in my room it actually gave me a massive migraine due to the overpowering smell. The mugs themselves look superb, are leathery and very detailed. It feels like using one of the cups from Davy Jones' ship. Kudos to the bones too. Very cool look even a bit shabby to add an extra pirate look. I washed the cups in dish soap and the little plastic cubes stayed baggy. It helped a little but I think it will need a bit more washing to get rid of the weird gasoline smell from the components. It's a shame because the game is fun. I would rate it a 5 if it wasn't for the horrible smell on the parts. Has anyone found tips to remove the smell? Or comments on it? Anyway, my final word on the game: if you like pirates, get this game. Just open it up in a well-ventilated area like a pirate deck.
