Threading the caliper may be required.
Installed Elixir 1 on my wife's bike with brakes to avoid wedging every time the pads are changed. Apparently the Elixir 1 doesn't have threads for these pins. Luckily I have a metric tap and a set of dies so I could thread and install the calipers. I like how they work now.
