Great Solution For Remote Call Center Services

The best part about this product was that it allowed us to use our existing infrastructure for voice communication which saved time as well as money.

We did not have any issues while using this software other than minor bugs here or there but these were very easy fixes and nothing major at all! I would definitely recommend this solution for businesses who are looking forward to having their own call center system setup without much hassle. If you want your employees to be able to communicate easily then go ahead and get them this great phone service provider from Ericsson. A lot has been achieved through this amazing device such as easier customer support by allowing quick access to information regarding customers' needs etc., reduced downtime due to errors made during calls, increased productivity among workers since they can concentrate more when working remotely via the internet thanks to the excellent video calling feature available.

  • This is an extremely reliable piece in my opinion because its quality services allow me work with ease no matter where i am located within Canada
  • It allows business owners like myself run smoothly even though we do face certain problems once every now & again however those seem too small compared what others might experience so therefore don't worry just keep going along doing whatever works out fine :)
