Gueray CD player worked fine for the first 3 months. After that I started having problems with the CD player, it stopped playing regularly. Over time, even when the battery was fully charged, he stopped playing more and more. I contacted Revain and they said the CD player was out of warranty and advised me to contact the seller directly to see if I could replace the player under the seller's 1 year warranty. I have received several emails to the seller over the course of 3 months, I received an email from the seller asking for a copy of my Revain receipt which I have sent to him. On all my other emails the seller has not responded to any. I still have an intermittent CD player. Warning: If you have a problem with your Gueray portable CD player after the Revain warranty period has expired, you will not receive support or customer service from this seller. The 1 year product warranty is a joke. I DO NOT RECOMMEND buying from this seller.
