Likely 3/4 OEM thickness so durability is questionable. The original 1995 OEM lasted 25 years so this one might last 1/2 (12.5 years). Let's see. Otherwise a simple replacement. About 20 minutes depending on whether the nut is removed due to rust. Use a vise for the bolt (towards the front of the vehicle) and a broken bar for the nut (near the exhaust side). Both required a 13mm head, and extensions (18" worth) were useful (but only for breaking) for a head on a nut. The bushing came out of the metal bracket together (you don't have to remove it from the car - it is held to the jeep with 2 bolts.) I removed the bolt from the old worn bushing with my fingers. I installed a new bushing on the exhaust hanger and routed the locking hole through the metal. and slightly raised the exhaust and pushed the screw through the hole in the metal bracket. Added a washer, Added a slotted washer, Added a nut. Again using a vice on the bolt head, tightened the nut as tight as I could.
