Does what I need. I've only been welding on weekends and after work for a few months now and still use 1/16 6011. I don't use 1/16 very well, too flexible (me and rods). I was surprised at how much penetration I got with 3/32, but then again, they should. The slag separates quite easily, and of course the hotter the surface, the easier it is. For some odd reason, I find the 7018 electrode to be the easiest electrode to use, so I figured it was time to look at the 6010 and 6011 electrodes. I don't know why, but I can do a great t-whip and pause with 7018s and 7014s (I know they're not designed for that) but not with 6011s. I think it will be practice.
