AMAZING HOW EASY IT MAKES THINGS

I used a power drill to drill 8 holes in 6.3/8" diameter steel plates to cover and protect the cast aluminum body with uneven screw holes for the two pieces. Gear. This leaves me with four extra panels, two of which we can add a platform for mounting the tool. It's amazing how easy and quick this made the job without wasting time measuring screw holes. I just fitted four of the centering holes into the four threaded holes in the case. While one person held the plate against their body, I tapped the first plate once over each center hole tip with a hammer. I drilled those four holes and put the tool hole centering tips in the remaining four holes. I then installed the plate using the four holes previously drilled, pressed it down and tapped directly over the 4 points using a tap each. Tiny alignment marks are left on the steel plate. re-ce Punch all holes before drilling. I wanted the glasses to stay in good condition so I could use them on other projects. I didn't notice any damage to the tips or threads in the case, but I didn't hit the record too hard, just enough to leave a tiny mark. I then used the first board as a drill guide and used the transfer punch to drill through the remaining boards. They all fitted great and it took about 4 hours to complete the drilling for this project. sr_1_1_sspa?crid=8WVGCLX8F3NH&keywords=transfer+punch+set&qid=1637882796&sprefix=transfer+punch%2Caps%2C260&sr=8-1-spons&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUEzVk9ZNDVZSElUWENZJmVuY3J5cHRlZElkPUExMDAyNTg3MlpaOThVUENRQlBITyZlbmNyeXB0ZWRBZElkPUEwNjM3MjY0MU4wVkNMSVJUNjhUSCZ3aWRnZXROYW1lPXNwX2F0ZiZhY3Rpb249Y2xpY2tSZWRpcmVjdCZkb05vdExvZ0NsaWNrPXRydWU=
