Review on Lathe Parting Blade Tapered Type by Phil Casey
Good enough.
I've seen expensive Swedish cobalt steel that has completely replaced Chinese high speed steel but for cutting aluminum or low carbon steel in a hobby shop they are good. The price seems ok.
