Does what it should. Waterproof when installed

Took me about 5 minutes to install. Didn't even need instructions. This can be done by anyone who has used a screwdriver. However, I filled the inside with bearing grease and also sealed where the grip meets the wood to keep moisture out. The only reason I had to replace was because the original had become difficult. When I removed the original handle, I noticed that the entire interior was rusty. So I impregnated the new one. In addition, Lowe's cannot make duplicate keys. One of the keys was bent so I had to throw it in the trash. I haven't tried Home Depot or Ace Hardware yet. Hopefully one of them can make copies of the key.
