Review on 🚪 Dorman 77667 Liftgate Pull Strap: Ideal for Buick and Chevrolet Models by Steven Asthana

I purchased this part in November 2014 to replace the original part on my car. However, the part broke after only 7 months compared to the 7 YEARS the OEM part lasted. Neither the retailer (Titan Direct) nor the manufacturer (Dorman) endorsed this product and refused to refund or replace it. Revain, on the other hand, rectified the situation and offered to refund my money. Kudos to Revain for doing the right thing! I will never do business with Titan Direct again nor buy any Dorman product. Unlike Revain, they don't understand true customer service!
