I bought this monitor in August 2019 as part of my mobile office. It is lightweight and only requires one cable for power and display. I've used it on 3+ computers between my work and my PCs. It is a plug-and-play device that requires no software downloads to use. I would give this monitor five stars for the above reasons EXCEPT for having to replace this monitor every year. Yes, that means I've had 3 replacements, or FOUR monitors total, over the course of 3 years. After about a year, the monitor will go blank, instead showing a "No Signal" message, and then the device will turn off. This is with the same setup (same computer, same USB-C cable) that it worked with before. The good news is that 2019 comes with a three-year warranty. So I was able to exchange the device without any problems. Very easy transaction, great customer service. The bad news is that the three-year warranty starts from the original purchase date and doesn't cover new replacement monitors. So here I am, 3 years later SOL with a broken monitor that broke every year. This predicament was inevitable.
