It is compatible with Lenovo T490
I tried a Samsung before and It was not compatible even when Lenovo URL mentioned as one of the substitutes. Then I Timetec Hynex and it works very well.I just had to check as well with a specific HW checker program what was the original installed memory speed in my case it was 2666Mhz then I ordered this one with the same speed. Even when task manager in windows says 2400 the real speed is 2666. It has to match original speed otherwise the clock conversion could cause performance issues.
- My computer works well now and it was easy to install, and I saved a lot.
