So my family cheated me and now I have 10850k on this board. I was a bit concerned that the VRM wouldn't work with this chip, but thankfully it didn't. This board handles 9900k on each MCE, MSI works fine. The strong wind current keeps the temperature on the board at 60 degrees Celsius or less. Still, I highly recommend this board. I just built another machine and used this motherboard. Since there aren't really any controls to tell you what you're getting into, you go. The Edge AC is practically the same as the Pro Carbon AC. It doesn't have any warmth compared to the lower M.2 or as much RGB, but everything else is actually on par. The board works pretty well and is cool. I was forced to try a computer chip without overclocking and keep an eye on the pace of the segment. In strong winds, no segment reached more than 50 degrees Celsius, with the exception of the processor, of course. The BIOS bodes well and is difficult to learn in one mode or another. You don't need headers and ports, all things considered. At the top of the RAM holes, white LEDs will show you if your RAM is recognized, and a red LED on just one side of it will initially show you if you have dynamic XMP. There's a small amount of RGB on the right edge of the board, but it's so muted that you don't see it unless you're looking. The construction of the board is excellent and it should last as long as you need it to. This is an unusual motherboard and I'll start overclocking testing soon and update this review if I find anything new to report. You just need all the preforming and Pro Carbon performance for $30-$40 less.
